Orders & Payment
- How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your delivery details and select a payment method. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later options like Afterpay and Klarna. All payments are secure. - I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Shipping & Delivery
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. - What are my shipping options?
We offer Express (1-3 business days) and Standard (5-12 business days) shipping. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $199. - How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the Australia Post website.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging with the warranty seal intact within 7 days of delivery. Please see our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details. - How do I start a return?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-6 business days.

Yes, we are an official stockist and only sell 100% authentic IGET and ALIBARBAR products. - What is the age requirement to purchase?
