At Auvape VAPE Store, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer support for returns under the following terms and conditions.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- The product must be new, unused, and show no signs of wear or damage caused by the user.
- The product must be in its original condition—free of scratches, decorative stickers, and with the original Auvape warranty seal intact.
- The product’s original packaging must be undamaged, without any dents, tears, markings, or stickers, and must match the product specifications.
- The personal and order information must match the details in the Auvape system.
- The product must show no exposure to external factors such as extreme temperatures or moisture.
Auvape VAPE Store reserves the right to refuse a return if the product, in our assessment, fails to meet any of the above conditions.
Return Timeframe
Your product must meet all return conditions and be requested for return within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your product for a different one under these conditions:
- The new product you select must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
- If the new product is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- If the new product is of lower value, we do not offer a partial refund for the difference.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at:

We will provide you with return instructions. After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status of your return.
Important Notes
- To best protect your rights, please ensure the product meets all return conditions before shipping it back to us.
- Please take photos of the product and the shipping label before you send it.
- You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1-6 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have approved it:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Non-Refundable Items
- Only regularly priced items may be refunded.
- Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
